Threw a mixture of ingredients together and came out with this delicious cake looking and tasting! 1egg white, half a banana. 2tbsp chocolate whey, 1tbsp cocoa, 2tbsp sweetener, 2 tbsp low fat natural yoghurt, microwave in a mug for 1-2 mins then freeze for 10 or until cook. Moist sponge like healthy dessert! Could add melted PB for topping.
I recently saw picture posted on here or instagram of a 21 day food challenge. Basically just listed foods to not eat for 21 days; candy, refined sugar, chocolate, cake etc.. Does anyone have this please?
